My stay was great

Liked: The hotel location was perfect . It was near shopping in walking distance and near the cruise port. Transportation was provided from the airport and staff assisted in obtaining transportation to the cruise port. The staff was wonderful.

disappointed

Liked: When booking my room, I requested a double bed, however, upon arrival I was told that double beds are only available for guest who booked directly through the hotel, anyone who booked through third party, i.e. Booking.com, get what is available.
Disliked: I didn't like that I paid the same price as guest you booked through the hotel, however, was not treated the same.
