Had a nice, restful stay

Liked: Wonderful. I enjoy this hotel as it is always clean, very nice staff, love to have use of the kitchen area and it is close to campus.

Barely excusable

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. An employee named Gina was very nice with excellent customer service.
Disliked: A couple of front desk employees had poor customer service, acting exasperated by a simple question. Furthermore, the large incidental fee was very unappreciated. Staying for multiple nights does not justify the difference of an extra hundred dollars being held.
