Liked: Clean, comfortable, relaxing.
Disliked: Housekeeping goes door to door at 8:30 am asking customers when they will be checking out. Front desk advised this is the company policy when called to complain.

Unexpected gem- better than some...

Liked: Unexpected gem- from the spacious room with a full kitchen to the amenities on site such as pool, hottub, BBQ and outdoor seating with outdoor gas fireplaces scattered about. Super amazing property! Free laundry ( buy your own soap) to the business center with printer available. All of this made this Candlewood Suites a 10!

It was better than sleeping...

Disliked: We arrived late (around 11:30 pm) and were told there was no reservation for us, despite the fact that I had a confirmation number and had already paid. We were told the hotel was full and so were all other surrounding hotels. The clerk went into the back room for about 30 minutes and was able to find our reservation and finally did give us a room, since we had actually paid ahead and the other reservations she was holding rooms for had not paid ahead. It was a frustrating start to our stay. The facilities were okay, but not great.
