Disliked: There was a lot of rusty areas, black grout in shower, had an odor that really affected me. It said pet friendly but added $75 that I wasn't aware when I booked online.

Liked: The suite I had was the nicest and best equipped I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. However, the accolades go to the staff. Although I was one of many evacuees from Hurricane Helene at the hotel the staff were ready for the influx of guests and were patient and efficient, all the while maintaining a personable and friendly demeanor. Kudos to Candlewood for employing top quality individuals. Special compliments to Tiffany and Shawn who went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant at a very stressful time.

Liked: The size of the room was great, and a full-size refrigerator was in the room.
Disliked: The beds aren't the best when 2 people are sleeping in them. I wish hotels would get the memo and switch all beds to memory foam mattresses. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I liked.
