Disappointing

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable.The room across from us has a dog that barked all day and night, so we couldn't get any rest .

It was ok, I have...

Liked: Didn't eat breakfast neither day. Location was alright had a room on 54 side traffic noise.
Disliked: Housekeeper can do little better cleaning. Commode was 85% clean my opinion. Shower also also could have been clean better. Air conditioner noisy.

Very good

Liked: I liked the fact it had kitchen and amenities, along with room service.
Disliked: It did not have a continental breakfast and the hallway carpets needs a deep cleaning or replaced. Also make sure fixtures are replaced in the rooms, I had no towel hooks in my bathroom.
