Liked: The only complaint is how loud the planes where inside the room. I have stayed at other hotels by airports and they where not as load. Also value for the dollar was not very good either but it was a last minute stay.

The driver didn’t know he...

Liked: Nothing they were horrible. They couldn’t help me get there. The Airport would lock the doors. I never got there once I booked a second night but they put it for the third night very confusing won’t cry to me anything the man doesn’t call back I wouldn’t recommend this property anybody the driver of the van thinks it’s a van and it’s a minivan. He should know the difference he should be in the right spot. Many many problems I can go on and on and on I would, but I’m out of words space in this file.
Disliked: The front desk woman said 4 AM shuttles available. OK I’ll take a ride shareThought I was near baggage in the airport after my flight was canceled. I got a room. What a mistake. The ratio was there a long time before I got to the exit with the baggage exit should’ve been No, No, the exit was closed locked up no exiting here missed the ride couldn’t make it to where the carts were to wheel my crap Sat down, fell asleep for two or three hours Called the hotel back no answer Called another Uber driver couldn’t even get to the address. I showed it to him. He didn’t even know I got Bill twice last night and this morning. Got out of the incapable driver’s car Called the hotel the answer they said here then they said keep going up so I went upstairs now they might go forward. They don’t know how to speak English.

Very enjoyable stay

Liked: Room and property was very clean and up to date. We needed a handicap room, which had everything needed to meet handicap needs. Room was very well equipped. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Very enjoyable stay.
