It was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

Liked: The front desk staff was great when we arrived. Glad we could use the parking and shuttle service. Very good. Coffee was fresh ground. Naomi on staff for talking to me before we got there was awesome.
Disliked: The room a/c units didn’t work right for fresh air. Wouldn’t turn off. It was dirty. Rooms were not very clean. Bed old and not comfortable. Unit not clean. Door beat up. I would actually like a refund. I thought this was rated much better and I booked it for friends and us, it was embarrassing and not at all what was expected.

Liked: Love the location, free washer dryer, coffee and parking. Love the beautiful black lady on the day shift and very funny slender white male at night.
Disliked: Not all washer and dryers work, the food in the cafe is extremely overpriced, my room didn’t have a phone, the toilet kept stopping up and there was a stench? Maybe urine in the room — that I had to clean- the sofa bed was uncomfortable, my main bed mattress had stains on them and only one room heater worked and finally a person dog almost nipped my leg at the computer station! Why are animals here? They are for OUTSIDE and not all were service animals either.
