Liked: Great location, friendly staff, very clean, large rooms and great amenities. Is definitely our go-to spot when staying in the Corpus Christi area.

Liked: Nothing. They wouldnt fix my reservation, by one day, so I never got to stay. Still havent gotten my refund yet, either.
Disliked: Yes!! The fact that they accept, 3rd party reservations, but they WONT fix them. How many people, makes mistakes, booking? Imagine, how many reservations youd keep, if the system was handled better?. Disappointed, for my Fathers Day weekend.

Liked: Room size, room amenities, view of bay, bed comfort.
Disliked: No breakfast, no safebox, gym closed, small pool, small parking lot. Construction in the hall all day to fix leak in neighboring room. Switched to the side away from freeway noise.

Liked: Everything was perfect. No complaints and definitely will return and recommend this place to others.

Liked: the cleanliness and convenience of pantry.
Disliked: Pet policy was deceptive. I stayed 2nights and paid $150 for two pets when the policy says up to 150 for two pets for up to six nights. Why charge the customer the same amount for 2 nights as you would for 6? Also no candlewood has charged this much b4.

Disliked: Elevator not working, bad smell in the rooms, staff not helpful, uncomfortable beds.

Liked: The hotel is inviting upon walking into the lobby. The rooms are newly painted. The staff was very pleasant and the snack room was convenient.
Disliked: First room unfortunately was not clean. The base of the toilet had not been cleaned & we also found remnant food in freezer. While it began to rain, water began to leak. we moved rooms. The next room was cleaner but with no bathroom fan it was a wet mess

Liked: Convenient location, pet friendly as I am a combat wounded veteran who has a service dog. Staff was outstanding.
Disliked: If I needed to get fresh towels I had to go to the front desk additionally I had to take my trash out to a can on the floor I was staying on. I dont mind keeping my room straight but I think having trash pick up is mandatory.
