Liked: The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to create an excellent experience. The rooms are clean, well stocked and spacious. We had a great stay.

I would not stay there...

Liked: Staff was friendly. Clean appearance. parking good.
Disliked: Bed was terrible much too firm, pillows not to my liking. Bathroom tub area dirty, shower terrible, needs new shower head. You need to offer breakfast!

Quick yet efficient.

Liked: Easy access to freeway. Friendly service.
Disliked: Noisy freezer. The ice maker was very load.

Didn’t stay, had roaches

Liked: The lady at front desk was pretty nice abt the situation we had
Disliked: Got checked in and went to room, we saw a roach and I went straight to front desk and had the lady come look for herself. We checked right back out and left, still waiting on a refund

Hotel was clean, no breakfast...

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: After almost a month I still haven’t received my deposit back. Talked with the property and they stated it had been sent back the next day to get with my bank. My bank stated the hotel had put it the wrong date for it to release. Big run around to get my deposit back. 20 years ago I could understand but not this day and age.
