Liked: It was very convenient to my son’s house. The staff was super friendly, we checked out four days early, left my room key with the staff, was notified that I would not get a refund because I booked it through booking.com and got a call on the last day to ask if we had checked out.
Disliked: The ceiling was damaged and looked like it was coming apart. The bathtub did not drain and the toilet did not flush at times. The desk had been ripped off the wall and not replaced.

Liked: Location was great. The size of the room was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff was great and very helpful.
Disliked: Couch was very uncomfortable. Pull out bed was awful. Very thin mattress. Very hot in the hallways and elevator. The shower was very slippery for being a handicapped bathroom.
