I would stay again

Liked: Everyone here were very friendly even the guest. I was provided with the things I needed when I asked with no issues.
Disliked: I did not like the coffee that was provided with the room.

Liked: It is close to anything you need. We were 5 minutes from Carowinds. The room was spacious. Had seating for everyone, so we didn't have to eat in our lap on the bed. We will definitely make this our destination spot.

Disliked: It is pet friendly yet we were told by staff that our dog was barking! We did keep her quiet but sometimes they do bark. We had to listen to loud neighbors talking

Exceptional

Liked: I didn't stay for breakfast because I had to leave early due to family emergency. But the hotel was clean, the room was clean, and the desk clerk was very nice and attentive. I felt like I had moved into a new place of my own, it was so comfortable. I love the suites and everything was accommodating.
Disliked: Everything was excellent
