Liked: The staff are wonderful and very accommodating, especially Kiera and Yolanda. Very helpful. The hotel is clean and ample handicap parking! Housekeeping was always available with towels, etc.
Disliked: We requested a handicap room, specifically for the accessibility of the bathroom. But when we used the zero-entry shower, the whole floor of the bathroom flooded because the pitch to the drains is way off. It made a complete mess and an even more dangerous situation for my handicapped son, due to the wet floor and slipperiness. No mats in the showers is a huge concern for both bathrooms. Also no table seating for wheel chair for meals, made it difficult.

Liked: Great location , friendly staff, clean
Disliked: Room was smaller than other “suites” that we’ve stayed in. We probably could have asked for an upgrade, but decided not to as we were on the go most of the time. If we stay here again, we’ll definitely keep that in mind. Mattress is probably due for a upgrade.
