Disliked: they didn't except my card so we didn't stay . then then tried to charge my card a day later for the one night stay that we didn't stay. we never checked in because they told us they didn't take our card.

Alright for a layover, but...

Liked: Location was good, especially since we was traveling during a hurricane!
Disliked: Upon entering the foyer we was not greeted but came upon a sleeping young lady at the front desk! We stood there several moments and had to wake her up! She never greeted us or apologized. She then had to log into the system but had issues with her password, and walked away with her phone! As we stood there an older gentleman came in behind us. We stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for her to return and log in. She finally got us checked in and told us that she would have to take us to our room because the card machine for the rooms was down. So we had to stand and wait for her to check in the gentleman behind us. While she was checking him in he advised her that she would have to speak up because he had a time hearing. At this time we noticed she had ear buds in both ears and asked him several times to do sign something but he didn’t hear her. I stood there and helped the gentleman because she didn’t listen or care because she should have removed her ear buds! The next morning we wanted cereal but they had no milk in the mini store on the premises! The bathroom had mold or something on the back of the shower surround and curtain. There was also something filthy on the wall in the bathroom! No one told us that our refrigerator could make ice we had to turn it on in order to have ice! No ice machine on the premises!
