Liked: Good location, close to restaurants. Pool was great for the kids
Disliked: No sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa. Hairball and dirt all over pull out sofa. Ran out of hot water during first shower. Tv in bedroom did not work correctly

Liked: Location was great! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The whole hotel was spotless. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the kitchenette but I loved that it was there and well stocked of cooking essentials. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and loved that soaps were dove. It’s nice having a product you’ve heard of before and you don’t leave smelling like the generic hotel soap. Also love that laundry room was complimentary.
Disliked: Parking was a little crazy and it we ended up walking to the side of the building to get in because there wasn’t any signs saying the back door was an entrance.

Liked: The room was really nice.
Disliked: The staff really needs some help. Very unprofessional. I was called ?babe? & ?ma? by multiple staff members. I stood at the counter for 5-6 minutes before anyone greeted me. Staff does not have any phone etiquette either.

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchenette. There were several restaurants within easy walking distance.
Disliked: The pool did not open until noon.
