I would stay again rooms...

Liked: Breakfast NOT available The mattress was super comfortable and room was spacious
Disliked: I had reserved two queen beds, because I had 3 occupants but when checked in had one king, the staff accommodated us and moved us to another room, but was one bed and pull out sofa not appropriate for my needs because my husband has Parkinson's Disease and had 2 female one man

The hotel was fully booked...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The hotel was fully booked so I didn't get my prepaid room. I had to leave my nephews wedding reception early after sobering up so I could drive the 2 hours home. Ruined my birthday as well. Very sad. I used booking a lot but this is the second time I kinda got ripped off. 2 Booking reps talked to hotel management yet I still haven't been reimbursed. They need to make it right.
