Liked: Friendly staff, very clean and pleasant.
Disliked: Probably having to go to the front desk to request for new towels but it wasn’t bad

Just what I needed in...

Liked: Great location for my needs. The staff was also friendly and responsive.
Disliked: Booking.com said the property offered breakfast, but they do not.

Great customer service, very clean...

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only thing it lack was a breakfast area.
Disliked: Did not have a breakfast area.

Disliked: Requested an extra hour for check out which was immediately denied (not sure they even checked if it was a possibility).
