Wonderful staff and super friendly

Liked: Comfy beds
Disliked: The room smelled of dog feces. We complained to the staff to get an air freshener, and they kept the window open to air out the room. Granted, we had our dogs with us, but this odor was from a prior stay by someone else. They do need to give the room a deep cleaning and shampoo the carpet. They had trouble billing our card and pretty sure they charged more than Booking.com said. We were told we would be refunded for the incidental fee once we checked out. The staff made the stay a great experience with their friendly mannerisms.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The room was well used. Big stain on the carpet, and cabinets looked as if they needed a good wipe down. Kitchen area floor had something sticky on the floor that I was able to clean up as well as a mildew smell in our room.
