We had a lovely stay

Liked: The Two Bedroom suite we got served a purpose in making our family feel next to home.
Disliked: There was no shuttle to and from downtown or airport.

Disliked: Staff had a rude/hostile tone when we asked for basics such as extra tissues. Bathroom had strong pet urine odor. Carpet and furniture were stained, kitchen smelled of old food. Unsafe windows that open fully in fourth floor room.

Staff was so rude and...

Disliked: Staff had a rude and hostile tone, even for a simple request like tissues or needing a new room key. Unsafe windows that open fully in fourth floor room. Bathroom had strong pet urine odor, furniture and carpet were stained. All hallways smell of cigarettes and dog.
