Disliked: Could not reimburse the second night stay that was not used.

Liked: Made zero effort to inform guests in advance their pool was closed!

I checked them and immediately...

Disliked: The floor I stayed on bad like rotting corpse. Check in took forever because the system shut down.Online and once I reach the facility and checked in, I was not informed that the pool was down for maintenance and that was the whole reason I bought a hotel for my kids to swim. We immediately left the facility and had to book elsewhere for the night and I have not Gotten a refund or any type of accommodation for this
