Disliked: Toilet ran all night and was loud.Was awoken by people talking and using the ice machine. The doors are not very soundproof and you could also hear everyone who entered or exited the building.People would prop the outside door open do that it wouldn’t lock. That felt unsafe

Liked: The front desk associate Mimi was very inconsiderate, condescending, and sneaky! she started off welcoming until i went upstairs and realized i was given the wrong room. There was hair all over the shower floor and the toilet ran water all day/night. She was dismissive and arrogant about the situation.
