Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: No breakfast! Had to track front desk person down. She was on her phone every time. The room was not the cleanest. The fridge door did not stay fully shut. There was 1/8 roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls.

Liked: Everything was on point from check-in to check out the first black own hotel I ever stayed in. Omg, everything was on point. From welcoming for every one work there omg we love it ! Can't wait to come back . The room was so clean and fresh smells we love it.

Great stay

Liked: The pictures matched the room which is a big thumbs up
Disliked: It was a little hard to work the AC but it kicked on eventually

I would give the stay...

Liked: The only thing good about the property was the location being so close to hospitals and the summit
Disliked: The first room we were given had stains in the sheets that clearly hadn’t been washed. We went down to talk to the front desk about it and they gave us a new room. Only for the new room to have sheet stains as well. Not only that but the vent in the bathroom was falling from the ceiling. We called the front desk asking to be put back in the first room due to the issue only for my cousin to have received an attitude and rudely be told that they would fix the vent. I also had to request new bedsheets to change the bed myself, something that should have been done by the staff before arrival. If you’re planning on booking here please make sure you check everything before settling down in the room. Me and my cousin where trying to have a nice girls trip and ran into these issues and had to worry the rest of the evening. Make sure you stand firm on what you’re not okay with. We wanted to talk to a manager due to the issues but refrained from it due to how uncomfortable the front desks response was.

Liked: Large room, comfortable bed
Disliked: “Bathroom” sink and counter out in open with bright light shining directly on the bed. The faucet was missing a “diffuser“, which caused water to spray everywhere (including the mirror). The refrigerator wasn’t cooling (our items were warm in the morning). The heater/ac unit was loud, and though we turned the thermostat off on the wall, we were unable to turn off the unit. We told the man at the front desk when we checked out, and he was very uninterested in hearing anything we had to say.

Liked: It was a great facility , very nice room and friendly staff.
Disliked: I booked a room with two double beds but I was told that when I book through a third party such as Booking.com you don’t always get what you booked.
