Disappointing

Disliked: The initial room I was supposed to be in smelled like horrible cologne or something that was a cleaning agent. I was disappointed by the overall look of the place. The second room I was offered was much better and no odor of strong cologne or cleaning product.

Disliked: Staff knocking at the door and walking in unexpectedly got very uncomfortable when we were only tjere and hour myself and the girlfriend felt so uncomfortable we left the facility in an hour when I asked staff why they walked in employee stated he was checking for empty rooms how can you not know what room was empty when I booked it an hour prior to him walking in on us thank you requesting a full refund d plus the $25 extra charge that he charged me i have never felt so used any questions feel free to reach me on this issue thank you
