Disliked: Staff knocking at the door and walking in unexpectedly got very uncomfortable when we were only tjere and hour myself and the girlfriend felt so uncomfortable we left the facility in an hour when I asked staff why they walked in employee stated he was checking for empty rooms how can you not know what room was empty when I booked it an hour prior to him walking in on us thank you requesting a full refund d plus the $25 extra charge that he charged me i have never felt so used any questions feel free to reach me on this issue thank you

Wouldn’t stay at that hotel...

Disliked: Staff when paying and exiting! Seemed to me that woman at desk was stealing money. I paid cash then told I still owed money! Won’t give me a receipt when I paid had to argue to get my money back. Employee had to go to her room to get me my cash. Handed me cash, when I counted it in front of her it wasn’t even correct. I counted it for her she grabbed the money back started to count it became frazzled and handed it all back to me. I then recounted the correct amount. I really think she’d thought she get away with it.

Disliked: We did not stay at your hotel. We went to room and it had roaches! We immediately went downstairs and demanded a refund. We did not get our refund yet . It is now Tuesday the 19th. I will be disputing charges tomorrow. Still pending til today.
