Liked: It was cozy and updated.

Liked: The room was very cold and there was no phone to contact anybody to help you and you had to go downstairs and they cannot help you. I'm a part of your honors program and didn't even get the points for the honest program. A
Disliked: Most of the staff was rude and did not even speak to you. The facility had a hard location to get to just to get in. This was not convenient for my business trip.I forget it. I'm talking everything.

The stay was not peaceful...

Disliked: It smelled so bad, ice machine was down, I had to pay for a toothbrush, no soap in bathroom. The heat motor in room was loud. The elevator was broke then it was no parking. I parked on the same street as the hotel and I was given a ticket in the amount of 52 dollars.

It was the worst traveling...

Liked: The 2 African American men who worked the front desk where very professional and I appreciate that,
Disliked: Where do I begin? My experience was disgusting. I found someone else's hair in my bed before I went to bed. One of the hairs looked like pubic hair. The leg on the table in my room was broken, There was so much dust blowing in from the A/C that it totally covered the top of the refrigerator. Someone in another room was smoking marijuana and the aroma seeped into my room I had to change rooms late night due to the hair found in my bed, the pungent smell of marijuana seeping through the vents which filled my room, the dust all over the fridge and the broken leg on the desk.
