Nice experience except Elevator and...

Liked: Nice room,kitchen equipped well,quite and nice staff
Disliked: Coffee in lobby not working.Elevator when I was checking out did not work and had to use stairs carrying my stuff 3 times.

Disliked: There’s an odor in the hotel and roaches in the rooms. Oh and they refuse to refund me on the remainder of my stay after I checked out 3 nights early.
