Liked: It was close to my family‘s house
Disliked: First, when I got there, I was put into the wrong room then I was put into a suite. The air conditioner kept going in and out. I called about five or six times for them to fix it. Then when I went to change the sheets, they had urine stains all over them, and the mattress smell horrible they could not move me into another room. They wanted to move me to a smaller room. I had five people with me. It was supposed to be a family vacation. I had to change my own garbage. I had to change my sheets, housekeeping, only seven days, that is not a vacation spot. The pool was full of rust stains then I had men smoking marijuana by the pool. I had a seven year-old granddaughter with me . I did not want to change into a bathing suits with Strange men was by the pool, I told the staff, and was told they can’t stop them. I will never go to this hotel again. I want some of my money back and I will be contacting corporate to find out how to do so.
