Liked: Customer service awful. The black lady at the desk that night was a mess and rude and I asked for a manager and I still haven’t spoken to one. Asked for a refund and it’s still not back on my card and the hotel isn’t trying to fix the situation

Incredible clean spacious rooms

Liked: It was soooo clean and super spacious! Always had someone at desk and they were all friendly! The free coffee was such a blessing!!
Disliked: House cleaning only comes once a week and they can run out of towels to replace
