Very good

Disliked: There is still a hold on my cars for this stay. The hotel said they released it but Booking.com didn’t. This particular stay was great and u love the hotel. I just want my money released.

It was okaybfor a 1...

Liked: Good location friendly staff. It was clean and nice inside.
Disliked: Pillows not comfortable . Heater didn't work right. The thermostat was not working right. Had it on 64 and it was 75 in the room. The coffee pot didn't fit and coffee went everywhere. It is a older Candlewood

Women's Conference Trip

Liked: Sparrow at the concierge desk was very nice and helpful even though we had a member of our party that was a little unnecessarily difficult. She was excellent!
Disliked: Would've been nice to have a warm breakfast, but understand that you have the option of having that by preparing in the room.
