Good

Liked: There was only coffee out , everything else you pay for downstairs in the lobby
Disliked: The same day I was arriving they called me 2 hours before check in to let me know the one bedroom suite I booked wasn’t available, that’s was the only inconvenience of the trip .

Superb

Liked: location was convenient. Rooftop bar was very nice option
Disliked: area seemed a bit questionable. We felt completely safe on property but not far down the road it seemed to change

Hurricane Helene. Motel should have...

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The generators were not working so there was no power or water. It was DANGEROUS trying to navigate the stairwell in the dark. There was trash in the kitchen under the sink that was rancid. It was total chaos. Still no bill and will probably be charged full price.

Great value for our comfortable...

Liked: Everything was very clean and there was no musky smell. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient for our trip.
Disliked: The noise from the upstairs guest was annoying at times. The parking was difficult coming back in the evenings, there are too many spots designated for diamond guests that were empty up front.
