Liked: Everything was great : service and clean room. I wish it has kinda small restaurant for quick lunch or breakfast.

Liked: One of your female front desk person is very rude (chubby, short and wears glasses). My daughter was just asking for extra pillows and she refused. The other person gave it to her, she’s the nicest person and answers my questions politely (she has nose piercings).

Liked: Really great hotel. The price was great and the rooms were clean and roomy, The kitchen was nicely stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes. When we come back to Anaheim, we would definitely stay here again. Very convenient walk to Disney or convention center. .

Helpful front clerk.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue was, I booked the hotel through Boooking.com and they never responded to my request to check in early on the next day. I booked an extra day early so I can check in early the next day and they canceled my booking because I didn’t show up on the actual day. The female desk clerk was able to call the manager and put us back on the reservation which was wonderful. I didn’t get her name, but I’d like to thank her for that!

Great for value

Liked: Nice proximity to Disney. CLEAN! LOVED that they use Dove products in bathroom. Wife passed by the laundry room and saw that they were actually cleaning the sheets. Minor wear and tear in the room but no biggie at all. TV had premium movie channels which made up for not being a smart tv and able to use Netflix. Usually stay at the Sheraton but this may be our new place. Lastly, dog friendly which is exactly what we needed.

Liked: This is a very nice hotel, they pretty much include everything it’s great! Full size fridge, microwave, stovetop, pantry, pans, dishes and cutlery. So many great amenities. The pool was small and they don’t have a hot tub. The front desk isn’t connected to the rooms so you have to walk through the garage.
