Disliked: Messed up reservation. Made reservation for a room with 2 beds for 2 adults and 1 child. Their manager said that reservation was for 2 adults only.Had trouble checking in. Prepaid it’s American Express. Staff could not find the payment or card.

Liked: The staff were the Jewels of this facility! All were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and pleasant.
Disliked: The elevator was broken the whole time(4 days). Was reported to the Manager(possible owner). Not so bad except when you had to drag luggage up and down the stairs. It seemed that it was a normal occurrence.The beds are extremely high(platform, box spring and mattress! Even for my husband who is 6'2. I had to jump and climb to get into the bed.

Liked: Alex at the front desk was the best! Customer service really can make our break an opinion and Alex made sure i have the best opinion of this hotel.
Disliked: There was construction and they had cones so I had to leave another way which confused me and it doesn't take much to confuse me.

Disliked: The elevator was not working and I was on the 3rd floor. For the price I paid things should’ve been more clean and workable. I was not satisfied with my stay.

Disliked: Room was dusty I had to buy wipes to wipe everything down..see my pics old furniture the chair was torn up. The white stuff on the floor came from paint I guess? The chair in the picture was full of dust. I had to clean everything in that room

Very Disappointing for our specific needs. Hotel a little tired but staff were friendly.

Liked: Friendly Receptionist. She tried numerous times to call to let us know the room we ordered wasnt available but our phone was on silent.
Disliked: The disabled room we requested two nights before and confirmed as available was not available when we arrived. The room only had a tub which my wife couldnt use to get clean after our 8 hour drive on our way home after her having knee replacement surgery, which is why our hotel stays HAD to have at least a walk in shower. She waited until we got home and showered 8 hours later.staff did try to find a shower chair for her to use but couldnt find one. We ere vey disappointed after 40 minutes out of our way to a hotel with disabled access.
