Ok

Disliked: Our room key would not work and they issued 5 or more keys and everytime the door would not open. It would take us 20 minutes to get in. We had to continuously ask for clean towels and toilet paper.

Liked: I didn't know there was breakfast. I did not read or hear about it. I checked out pretty early (6am), maybe I missed it.

Very good

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean, but the hotel is a little old and it shows. The shower pressure was so high it hurt. It was like the shower scene in "Silkwood."

I never got my money...

Liked: Nothing other than the fact that there was a Holiday Inn Next door and not only did I pay with yall, I paid for Holiday inn as wellYou make a booking for me, charged me, then the hotel didn’t have a reservation.

Superb

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The location was easy to get to.

Passable

Disliked: It was not clean and for $200 for one night. I'd at least expect a clean room. There was hair in the sink and on the walls. There was also a horrible smell in the hallway and in the room.
