Liked: Staff was friendly, facilities breakfast was nice
Disliked: The room was tiny, especially for $600 the room was also dirty and not clean. Walls are extremely thin, could hear other guests snoring and their conversations. If I had gotten the king room like I paid for , maybe things wouldve been better. But honestly better off getting another to stay at.

Nice Comfortable Stay

Liked: The room was excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the tub was nice and roomy, and the fireplace was a nice additional touch. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the building and could really feel the character, especially when in the common areas. The breakfast was nice, and the additional self-service options available overnight were perfect. I think the brownie is one of the best I've had. They also offer a variety of wine options to order to your room, which we definitely took advantage of. I wouldn't mind coming back when it is a bit warmer to take advantage of their lovely heated pool and outdoor areas.
Disliked: When we checked in, we signed the "house rules" and saw that there were quiet hours between 8am and 8pm, with a strict 10pm cutoff time to use the in-room tubs. We ended up coming back earlier than I had originally thought when booking the room, so it wasn't an issue, but I would have been disappointed to not be able to use it after returning from a night downtown. These rules are not listed on their website or Booking. The only other sore spot was that we received a text that we could order things to our room via, and when we didn't receive a text back or our order, the woman working the lobby simply said, "Oh, I don't really check those."

Disliked: Needed this instructions for TV and fireplace. Said evening wine but only given when you arrive. And how can you be “out” of red wine in Napa?

Liked: Beautiful place. Very tranquil. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Coffee and Orange Juice could be better. The O. J. was drinkable but the coffee was too strong and bitter to drink. Real milk instead of individual creamers would also help I think.
