Amazing hotel in the heart...

Liked: Both concierge were ultra friendly and went out of their way to facilitate and accommodate our requests.
Disliked: Only little tiny drawback was parking our car. The carpark was full so we had to look for a spot in the street, but fair enough as they were hosting a wedding for the weekend.

Great location, very clean and...

Liked: Very clean, light and good facilities
Disliked: We were in Room 402 which was a lovely room with a separate living. The sofa set is very uncomfortable- you can’t really relax and lounge in them. But the biggest problem was how noisy the room was. We could hear the conversation/tv from both the room next and below us. It was quite annoying and disconcerting given our recent the renovations have needed. Obviously sound proofing was not a priority.
