Disliked: I had booked the single bed room instead of that I got the bed in the four beds sharing room that was disappointed

Liked: -The lovely man at the reception, who lend me a towel when he saw me with nothing because the airline company forgot my suitcase in Melbourne airport. It was during a bank holiday so I couldn't buy anything, I really appreciated his kindness.-;Ideally located in the centre.- nice kitchen
Disliked: - I went there twice in 4 months and twice I had to ask the reception to get the floor vacuumed after 4 days without seeing the cleaning staff in my dorm.- The lack of sockets close to the bed.

Liked: Location is amazing, just walking distance to central of Canberra. Room was big and comfy.
Disliked: There's not much hot water when I was taking my shower....

Content with the stay.

Liked: The great location, accessible to every tourist attraction.
Disliked: The shower room was not clean enough, but acceptable.The outlets were too far from the beds, it was a little inconvenient.
