Exceptional
Liked: Clean and tidy, ,the open air space was good, having 2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen also a short walk to the tube station was very handy, having a Tesco shop down stairs was very convenient.
Disliked: The sofa bed had very sharp stables sticking out, making it difficult to pull out, one of the toilet seats was very loose could not tighten it, none of the app's on the main TV didn't work and one of. the TV 's didn't work at all, also the main bed was very creaky, instructions for oven and hob would be helpful, but none of these problems spoiled our stay. Thankyou.Hilary

Disappointing for the stay, but...
Liked: I liked the location, everything outside the property was great.
Disliked: Before we arrived, I tried emailing the property (per their instructions) but the email when unanswered. I was sent the invoice and told we didn't pay and when I showed the mgmt that I had confirmation from both their company and my bank they responded "Sorry, we have lots of units." We requested bedding for the sofa bed before our arrival, but it didn't show up until past 10pm. We anticipated this being available when my wife arrived at 2pm. Since this was for our 3 year old toddler, it affected our bedtime routine. When it was finally delivered, it was just left at the door without any notification. When I arrived after work, the parking space I had reserved was occupied by another car. Finally, despite being told it was a self check out, I couldn't self check out because I was asked to hand over keys to the cleaning team (who came late). Overall, I regret choosing this location. The mgmt communication was poor and unprofessional. The difference in cost between this and a hotel wasn't so great that I should have spent more money for an actual comfortable experience. Because of this, I doubt I'll use Booking.com again in the future. I'll stick with AirBNB or hotel websites directly.

Not bad, could have been...
Liked: Good location, just 15 mins walk to Canary Wharf (we were working at Excel - one stop away on the Elizabeth Line). Plenty of room - there were three of us. Tesco under the building was handy. Good communication from rental company.
Disliked: Overall cleanliness was Ok but could have been better - there were scraps of food and cut toe nails around the seating area. Someone needs to go and check all the lightbulbs- there were many that were dead or flickered. Shower in the en-suite needs sorting- it was just a trickle of water. The whole building was very warm even for our stay at the end of October -we had to keep windows open all time and was a little noisy over the weekend.

Always nice to stay in...
Liked: The location was, as always, fabulous. It's a very quiet area and it's a few steps away from Canary Wharf, which I love very much. One of my favourite areas in London. The apartment is in a pretty new building and you can feel easly like it's your own house. It's a very quiet building, no noisy neighbours at all. Above all we appreciated the staff, who were always helpful. We needed to leave the luggage for a long time the last day of our stay, before heading to the airport, and they let us leave it for all day (30 pounds fee, but very cheap compared to all luggage storage in London). They left us the key even though we ckecjed out in the morning. Then we came to collect the luggage in the evening.
Disliked: Though perfectly comfortable for a family of four like us, the Apartment is a little "cramped". We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, yes, but they were not that big (particularly one of the bedrooms with in-room bathroom). The Living room was ok, with a big window and a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The floors and the walls were a little worn off, could use a slight renovation.

Average
Disliked: There were a number of things, the pullout bed in the living room was very poor, it wasn’t sturdy, it collapsed in half when you leant forwards or sat up it would have been fine for a small child, but definitely not a full grown adult. This meant our 3rd adult had to sleep on the sofa which isn’t great. We felt an actual camping bed would have been more comfy than the pull out bed you gave us.The shower when turned on the outer casing fell off meaning it wasn’t a nice shower basically - it was full of limescale and hard water, which wasn’t nice when trying to put back on. The heating was too hot, which we did turn down/off but it was too warm even when it was off. There was a strip of floor beading that wasn’t attached to the floor/cabinet which could have been dangerous/trip hazard. There wasn’t enough full size towels, there were only two full size towels and two hand towels, when stated on booking there were 3 adults.
