Disliked: The room was very cold; they had set the radiator to 20 degrees, and there was a warning about extra charges if you changed the temperature. At night, the temperature in Bruges drops below freezing, making the room icy cold. You end up shivering as you try to sleep.

Liked: The location was good. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: It was a very cold room. I must sleep with all my clothes. If I want a warmer room, I must pay 15 eur more. Breakfast was very simple. Tea facilities cost 5 eur/visit. Shower facilities also cost 5 eur. I do not recommend the hotel. Max for one night.

Liked: Officious owner. Didn't feel welcomed. Strange place. Petty in every detail. Surprised by the admin charge. When we booked it said no charges. In two words Petty and unfriendly.
Disliked: The building inside is a building site, not suitable to be having guests. The breakfast was horrible.
