Excellent an relaxing.

Liked: Clean, elevators not busy fast , front desk was knowledgeable and helpful also has a nice breakfast and pool.
Disliked: Learning how to higher the heat in the room.

An excellent hotel

Liked: Everything! The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the coffee availability in the foyer. It smelled and looked clean. The bathroom had a mat and bar so one didn’t slip. I liked the shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. This is the first hotel where mirrors were placed in the right place. I could do my makeup and my hair and have the curling iron plugged in by the desk. I had an experience where we were in a hotel. There was no place to plug in my curling iron except on the floor. Our toddler got hold of the curling iron and burned his hands. I felt horrible, but a shelf and mirror could have prevented that. I was also to blame. I’m sure there were more things I could mention. The price was reasonable.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything.

Horrible guest services and infestation...

Liked: The bed was good and food was great.
Disliked: Well I called and asked if I could have a few kids that couldn't get into the hotel come as we were trying to plan a team event on March 4th spoke with someone they said it wouldn't be a problem at all and then day of March 8... I was told no and then made to look like a idiot in front of other families cause I was like no I didn't check 1st then I was told I had to pay an extra $200 which was never told to me... They then said to make it better they would only charge me $100 extra... Also there was cockroachs in our room my kids and I killed 5 in the kitchen are Nd three in bathroom area.... Room wouldn't hear up either was very cold

Disappointing

Liked: The stay was fine, staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: I travelled there with a few small children, who were looking forward to going to the pool. However it is rented out to the city of Martensville on tuesdays for a water exercise class. We were not made aware of this until we arrived at the pool to swim. If we had known that we would not be able to use the facilities we gladly would have stayed elsewhere. We sat in the splash pool for awhile and just when we thought we would be able to go swimming another group showed up. We finally left with some very disappointed kids.
