Liked: Location is nice. Lobby is beautiful.
Disliked: The windows were dirty enough where you could hardly see out. The toilet was also dirty.

Liked: We chose Canal Lodge for the convenience of the location near Duluth Civic Center, movie theater shops and restaurants. Our granddaughter was in The Nutcracker with the MN Ballet. Easy walk to the CC.This place has a spacious lobby and sitting area. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting in the lobby with the huge windows overlooking Superior Lake. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub as much as the grandkids.
Disliked: We noticed the shuttle runs on the weekends for the Christmas lights at Bentleyville. But doesn't run on Sunday nights and during the week.

I would be happy to...

Liked: Great ambiance. Location was perfect
Disliked: A warm toilet seat would have been nice, lol

Liked: Very clean and cozy. Had a nice breakfast and the bed was very comfortable

Liked: the size of the rooms and the location were the best feature of this hotel.
Disliked: The cost was more than I would like to pay
