Disliked: The room was filthy, black floors that made our feet black and my baby couldn’t even crawl in the floor and spent a lot of time in her playpen because of it. Staff were rude not all but some! The day we checked out our neighbours woke up our 1 year old baby who then wouldn’t go back to sleep and checked our 6am with 3 children due to it! Horrible stay and will be telling family and friends not to stay here. Wasted $400 dollars for a horrible stay with no partial refund or anything.

Liked: Location was good for what I was there for. Most staff really good a couple that maybe need more training around customer service.
Disliked: Restaurant closed at 8, yet they turned us away at 730 and told us to go somewhere else.
