Liked: Room was clean and staff was friendly
Disliked: Expensive and no complimentary breakfast.

Superb

Liked: The staff was wonderful, the facilities and family room were convenient.
Disliked: The noise level outside our room was very loud, the bunk beds in the family room are smaller than expected.

This hotel was so disappointing!

Liked: The water park was fun for the family but should be included in the hotel stay at the price of the rooms.Connected to the Alerus Center.
Disliked: The room had no outside window. We had a window to the waterpark and it was so noisy. The room was small and the beds were uncomfortable. We found potato chips on the window sill and the bathroom floor was dirty. The fan in the room to get air to the kids room was so loud it sounded like a train was going through our room all night. We supposedly had a themed room but it was no more than two posters. Our TV didn't work when we arrived but maintenance finally got it working. We will not be staying there again.

Liked: Waterpark great for kids
Disliked: Chemical levels in hot tub are too high and burn eyes. Not enough serving staff in restaurant (Tavern Saturday night) - service was very slow.

Nice for a Family Trip

Liked: The kids love the Splashers Waterpark. It was really fun for them. I do also love the location and the room is quite nice as well. I do like the quiet time there as well.
Disliked: The shower area does not have vent. The carpet is a little dull looking. The pillow is way too soft my neck hurts lying on it. The TV is nothing but ads no good channels to watch.
