Liked: Absolutely gorgeous hotel with extremely attentive staff. Room and decor/design were astounding. Very high quality breakfast, just was very limited in its options.

Would strongly recommend--wonderful location in...

Liked: The staff was wonderful. Extremely nice, pleasant, attentive and helpful. Our floor had a shared common area with a library and kitchen. It came in handy as we travelled with our family, and use this space to have dinner at the hotel and extra space for our young children to play. The easy access to refrigerator/freezer was essential for me. The breakfast was beautifully laid out, and very tasty. Though there was not a lot of variety, and if you arrive towards the end of the breakfast window there are slim pickings. The cooks were happy to make fresh eggs upon request.
Disliked: While a minor thing, the hotel is supposed to offer a complimentary shuttle service within a 2km radius of the hotel. Anytime we attempted to use it the driver had left or I was told the transportation would not be possible because our destination was slightly further away. While ubers are very easy to get in Mexico City, the traffic is awful. So having this shuttle service is nice to help cut down on the wait time for ubers. Would consider making this more available for hotel guests. The only other thing that could have improved was having our towels changed out without asking. With little kids, towels go quickly and we had an accumulation of dirty/wet towels. Once we requested more they were brought to us very quickly. Staff did a nice job cleaning rooms (despite the messy chaos)!

Beautiful and great staff. Highly...

Liked: Amazing hotel. Beautifully decorated and a lovely quiet escape in the middle of Mexico City. Everyone is so nice and they went above and beyond to help arrange a birthday surprise for my husband. Highly recommended.
