Liked: Clean, close to the city centar by Metro.Breakfast was ok. Free parking, wich is very important in Milano.
Disliked: Breakfast time is up to 9:30.Scrambled eggs can be better.

Liked: Clean room, not noisy, parking right outside the hotel entrance.
Disliked: Upon arrival it turned out that it is impossible to check in persons under 18 years old (my brother is 17) without parental consent, although this information is not specified anywhere, I encountered this for the first time in all years of traveling. At breakfast plastic glasses, which were dirty, scramble by feelings was made of some powder. At the time of check out the tourist tax was calculated incorrectly, I asked if the price was correct as it was too high, I was told yes, after I paid by card, it turned out that I was right and they returned the money to me in cash. I asked for an invoice at check-out, they said that it was necessary to warn in advance during the registration on the booking and at most they can give a copy of the check....

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were amazing. Parking is available for free in front of the hotel. Good breakfast and meals are available for supper (not sure for lunch).The heating could've been a bit better, but overall, it was great value. Hat's off to the hotel staff.
