Beautiful river location, and comfortable...

Liked: Very handy location to visit family just outside of Campbellford. Quiet and clean, bed was very comfortable. If we were staying longer, we would have made use of the full-sized bar fridge/freezer and microwave: great bonuses!
Disliked: There was a bit of a gap under the door, so we could smell the cigarette smoke from someone smoking outside.
