Liked: Good friendly staff. Great quiet location.
Disliked: Shower was a little cold needed a little adjustment.

Exceptional

Liked: It's an economy motel, but was clean, smelled fine, and had friendly staff, plus it was on the river bank. Way better than most places that charge twice as much.
Disliked: Ther isn't much to nit pick. I guess one could imagine the baseboard heater being washed more recently. Nothing you'd actually touch looked even a bit gungy.

Liked: Proximity to the location I wanted to visit, quiet, riverside location and view.
Disliked: Old work carpet, faded paint and worn bath mat. None of these bothered me, but many people might be put off by them, and it gives makes an otherwise pretty and well managed lodge look a little rough at a superficial level. Again, none of this bothered me, especially as I arrived by motorcycle and spent my time there hiking in muddy boots.
