I enjoyed it, I will...

Liked: Proximity to the location I wanted to visit, quiet, riverside location and view.
Disliked: Old work carpet, faded paint and worn bath mat. None of these bothered me, but many people might be put off by them, and it gives makes an otherwise pretty and well managed lodge look a little rough at a superficial level. Again, none of this bothered me, especially as I arrived by motorcycle and spent my time there hiking in muddy boots.

Liked: Yard space on the river, beautiful scenic and quiet space to enjoy in the evenings

Liked: My complaints and cancellation of the booking were handled professionally.
Disliked: I didn’t stay here because both rooms I was shown were obviously not cleaned before. Dead insects lay in front of the bathtub and the tiles on the bathroom floor were greasy.

Liked: Staff was excellent and friendly. Could not have been better. Location on the river was very nice.
Disliked: The place shows its age in several places. Could use some updating.
