Trains start rolling through at...

Liked: Thought everything was going to be fine for a 4 night stay but the first night I was abruptly waken by train horns and actually hurt my neck. Tried going back to sleep then another train then another with no sleep after 4:30am. The owners were very nice but sadly in a bad location.
Disliked: The trains blowing their horns and noise

It's Always Clean, the Owners...

Liked: We go to Cocoa Village 4 times a year for the Arts and Crafts Shows and we have stayed at the Campbell several times. It's Always Clean, the Owners are Great and We always have a Great Stay.
Disliked: No Issues at all.

Comfort for a work weekend

Liked: We were in town to be venders at an art show. The motel is only 1.5 miles from our booth, so a perfect location.We didn’t have time to use any facilities. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and had a fridge and microwave. There was a loud train that came by, that may bother some people, but it was for a few seconds, and didn’t keep us from going right back to sleep.
Disliked: The loud train, but it won’t keep us from coming back for the fall art show.

The motel was kept up...

Liked: No breakfast. A coffee pot available in office in the morning for a cup of coffee.
Disliked: The train tracks across the street with a commuter train every 20 min.

Great for just night sleep

Liked: Clean, great location
Disliked: Old & outdated, By the highway if light sleeper bring ear plugs or headphones.

I will stay there again

Liked: I needed a 1 night stay before a cruise from PortCanaveral FL. Campbell’sMotel was inexpensive, about a 15 minute drive to the cruise terminal,Clean, comfortable, affordable.

It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!...

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Disliked: It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!! There was bed bugs dead lizards that were under my chair i had to throw it outside myself!!!and ants on the bed.
