Disliked: The hotel does not have free parking and paid parking is very expensive - we paid 40 euros for two days. The staff speaks poor English. There was a very strange smell when we entered the room. I was shocked how dirty the room is, the carpet with random stains and we also found a few stains on the bed sheets. The shower is completely on the floor so it was not possible to take a full shower as the whole bathroom was sinking. When we asked about the room the staff probably didn't understand us and couldn't answer due to poor English. Wifi was very bad, the room was very noisy, you could hear very loudly what was going on inside and outside the hotel and it was also very very cold. No heating in the bathroom, cold floors. No radiator so the towels didn't dry out and no one changed them for us after 1 night either. The room is even colder as the windows seem to let the cold in, we got very cold and both of us got sick. I don't recommend it, it's not worth that price.

Liked: The amabilitty of the staf (the hotel's manager, Jan from the reception, the restaurant staf and the housekeeping staf).
Disliked: The size of the room's is a little bit small, but finally you can accommodate with this.

Disliked: At 7 a.m., repairs began in the next room. Complete indifference to residents
