You won't be disappointed if...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the region. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need. Cleaning was done daily.The steel sheet that lay on the roadway rattled and warned of every passing car. You won't miss anyone. Very convenient.
Disliked: The parking lot markings are clearly outdated. Modern cars are much bigger than those of 30 years ago.

Liked: We liked the air conditioning cooling the room and the fresh water, which was a nice surprise to see water treated for shower (not sure if it is hotel or city). We also enjoyed the boiler in the room to make tea and/or coffee. One more thing is the 3 beds in the room which allowed a child to stay with us at no extra cost. Bed matress was firm on springs and quite good.
Disliked: What we didn't like is that we asked for the keys to be taken between 3pm and 4pm, which was agreed ahead of time with property agreement, but when we got there, we had to wait until 4pm, they said it was a Booking.com response not a property response. Overall, the hotel is quite old, there are signs of rust and overcoated of painting over and over. Furniture and air-conditioning are old, which does not impact quality in our stay, but it could be for other stays. For one night, this is ok, but I would not stay a whole week there. You are quite away from the center and away from the beach. Room access is from outside, and the noise from other people walking can be heard. The air exhaust of the bathroom is not working well or at all. We had a smell of feet when we got in the room, we have the door and windows open for 2 hours. The hotel dryer was not working and we did not have dry towel until the evening.

Good location, simple and clean,...

Liked: The property is nice, simple but clean and quiet. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and went out of their way to help us which we really appreciated.

Was good value for money...

Liked: The room was private and very quiet. Staff were lovely. Black out blind made it easy to sleep. Breakfast was very good.
