Liked: Just perfect for what we needed, good size room on quite side of the hotel. Everything you need for a one night stay, clean and modern bathroom with fluffy white towels. Good breakfast all you want to eat nice boiled eggs we liked that . great location just of the A62 motorway right on the junction and large parking lot en site. En-suite restaurant for evening dinning will be back

Terrible experience with rude receptionist

Liked: Facilities were outdated, yet I would have given more stars if not for one staff interaction that was unacceptable.
Disliked: I had requested a late check-out at reception with the night staff, and this seemed to be possible. The next morning however, a different receptionist violently knocked on the door, waking me up, and then immediately opening the door while I was in bed. She was very rude in communicating I had to leave straight away, even though her colleague said I would not be disturbed. Apparently the late check out was not possible after all, but the rudeness and violent knocking and entering my room as I was in bed was unacceptable.

Disliked: Very run down. Lots of rotten wood on balcony. Very noisy traffic even at night. Needs updating!

The hotel should warn that...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, good shower. Continental breakfast also good
Disliked: The lock on the first bedroom didn’t work so I asked to change (I’d already unpacked and had a shower). Luckily the room next door was available. When I booked via Boikings, it said the restaurant was open on Sunday evening but when I checked-in the receptionist told me it was closed but recommended a nearby town.

Liked: Not expensive hotel, close to the highway.
Disliked: It's quite spooky at night since the room is faced to the street and there isn't a security gate. You can feel unsafe.
