Liked: Just perfect for what we needed, good size room on quite side of the hotel. Everything you need for a one night stay, clean and modern bathroom with fluffy white towels. Good breakfast all you want to eat nice boiled eggs we liked that . great location just of the A62 motorway right on the junction and large parking lot en site. En-suite restaurant for evening dinning will be back

Terrible experience with rude receptionist

Liked: Facilities were outdated, yet I would have given more stars if not for one staff interaction that was unacceptable.
Disliked: I had requested a late check-out at reception with the night staff, and this seemed to be possible. The next morning however, a different receptionist violently knocked on the door, waking me up, and then immediately opening the door while I was in bed. She was very rude in communicating I had to leave straight away, even though her colleague said I would not be disturbed. Apparently the late check out was not possible after all, but the rudeness and violent knocking and entering my room as I was in bed was unacceptable.
