Liked: It was clean and cosy good restaurant.

Expected standard for this chain...

Liked: On the whole room was tidy and clean as you expect.Restaurant was very good - evening meal choices were good and the cold table was excellent.Breakfast was also very good with varied options.Good access to Futuroscope by car or on foot.
Disliked: Asked at reception for 2 additional coffee sachets - (we don't drink tea and had used the 2 in the room) We were told there were no additional sachets available - not what we expected to be told!Room heater (warm air conditioning unit) was slow to work.

Liked: Carvery dinner very nice. The standard of the hotel overall was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing. All good. A minor point was that a young, inexperienced and not fully trained member of staff was alone and struggled to manage check in and the bar.
